Well for me the state is the entire world not because I have any power in the world but that is my internal composition, my heart. Therefore my confused and turbulent life of 42 years gains meaning after all. War is my discipline. But what kind of war, against what sea of troubles? It is a war for our entire human race, and the sea of troubles are not some little skanks with some money somewhere playing with busting housing markets in the west and other shenanigans where they play raiding and plunder of their ancestors the Huns and the Vikings and the rest of the barbarians. The wars take place now in global financial markets from which I am forbidden by poverty. But that does not change the sea of troubles, the monster that eats up human beings more than a planetary vampyric beast: the volatility storms that have been the norm in capitalism, these storms that deny life and happiness. The rich sit and play in their little mansions paying their slaves to cause more havoc for the poor with their portfolio management and their hedge funds while humanity is unprotected from these volatility storms.
Well volatility storms are what needs to be tamed and conquered by this Prince. I have made great progress already with new ideas of modeling daily volatility of the entire globe with 1900 stock historical data to begin analysis. NavierStokes equation that led the great Lars Onsager to his discoveries about formation of vortices with a 2D point vertex model and I only realized now that what I had been ignorantly calling PDE of NavierStokes type are formally known among analysts as Quasilinear Parabolic Equations with Nonlinear Convection and these have a rich mathematical literature. On a graph representation for the space of the market, assuming that the market has infinite nodes, these transform to nonlinear ordinary and delay differential equations with nonlinear terms since the Laplacian on a graph is a numerical matrix with row size equal to the number of assets. Thus we have dynamical systems on ndimensional spaces of the type
